Mindful Mondays: Breathe, Move, Renew with Daniella 7pm

A perfect start to your week and the spring season! Take this time to calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself through guided breathwork, gentle somatic movement and yoga in each of our Mindful Mondays evening session. Designed for all levels, this practice will help you release stagnant energy, restore balance, and embrace the fresh renewal of spring. If you've heard a lot about breathwork but have never tried it, this is the perfect place to begin.

What is somatic movement? A somatic movement is a movement that's practiced consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement. Yoga can be considered somatic, jumping, tapping, swaying etc...can all be considered somatic movement and are used to move stored energy out of the body. Through intentional breath and movement, you’ll cultivate clarity, vitality, and a deep sense of inner peace to carry with you into the the week and season ahead.

Give yourself this time to take a pause and rejuvenate as you begin your week.

The class will consist of:

  • Calming/Active Breathwork

  • Guided meditation

  • Somatic movement and yin yoga

  • Oracle cards options for those interested

  • Seasonal Ayurvedic Tea
