Booty Fit Class with Christina 945-1045am
Strengthen your glutes. This class is focused on the hips- the powerhouse of locomotion! Whether you want to gain hip mobility, strength, or see a rounder form in the mirror, this class will move you towards your goals. Each class we will spend time working on mobility, stability and balance and building strength through the lower body. We will end every class with a “finisher” to set the glutes on fire! Exercises are scalable and adaptable for all fitness levels. All ages are welcome.
