Introduction to Acro Yoga Workshop

90 min group fitness class, followed by and optional 30 min of open practice

No previous experience required ( level 0 )

No Partner ? No problem. Everyone is welcome.

Do I need to bring anything? Bring yourself, a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.

What is Acro Yoga?

Acro Yoga is partner yoga, practiced in groups of 2-4 people. Participants are the base, flyer and spotter.

Groups work together to form poses that when put together become challenging flows.

What will I learn?

Basic Acro Yoga skills Focus, Strength, Trust, Communication, Flexibility, Community and Teamwork!

Fitness Coach and Acro Yogi Braden will teach you the basics in acro yoga . focusing on safety , body awareness and teamwork.

What is open practice?

Following each class there is a 30 minute open practice where students can learn in an open structure,

teaching one another, building community and friendships through acro yoga.
