Yoga Nidra by Kenzie 7:30-8:30pm

Yoga nidra is both entirely accessible and deeply nourishing, requiring us to simply lie down and listen. We will be gently invited to quiet the mind through calming the breath, while cultivating a felt sense of deep presence within our physical being. By anchoring ourselves in the present moment we will allow room to expand, releasing layers of holding, while increasing our capacity for creativity, clarity and peace.
