Restorative Yoga by Kenzie 7-815pm Biweekly

This gentle, meditative yoga practice allows us to experience deep states of relaxation through gentle, simple movements and fully supported and comfortable poses. You will be guided through many mindfulness and breath-based practices along the way, allowing the nervous system to settle into its most restful state, inviting deep rest, healing and rejuvenation. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a mat, a blanket and any bolsters & blocks you may have.
