The practice of Yin is to find a place of resistance, your edge in each pose. Yin will focus not only on key muscles but compressing, twisting and stretching tissues. Each class will focus on either hips, shoulders, spine, legs, arms, meridian lines ect. This is a great class for those who are constantly practicing high intensity or anyone looking for a mellow class to unwind after a big day/week.
