Strength & Power with Christina 9:45-10:45am
This class is aimed at developing whole-body strength and power - two things which start to decline in midlife yet are crucial to aging well. Exercises are programmed using scientific principles to target absolute strength as well as explosive power.
Exercises are scalable and adaptable for all fitness levels, though previous experience with fundamental movements (hinge, squat, lunge) is highly recommended.
All ages are welcome!
