Strength Foundations Class with Christina 11-12pm

This class is intended to give you the strength and confidence to do all activities in your day. In this foundations class we will explore mobility, stability, strength and movement. We will practice balance, coordination and movements you need to get up and down, climb stairs, carry groceries, lift them onto shelves and other day to day tasks. Exercises are scalable and adaptable for all fitness levels. All ages are welcome.
